What do I actually get?

Is this creepy? What are you actually watching?
We watch what people do — which pages they open, what they tap, where they leave — not who they are. We don't read what anyone types into your forms, we don't sell anything, and we turn it off for visitors who ask not to be tracked.
Isn't this just Google Analytics?
Google Analytics tells you how many people showed up. This tells you what they did once they got there and why they didn't call — and lets us watch a recording of a real visit to see exactly where someone got stuck.
Do I need a new website to get this?
