Sean Bilger

Co-Founder · Lehigh Valley Native

Sean is a freelance software developer and project manager born and raised in Bethlehem and the greater Lehigh Valley. A Liberty High School graduate and Kutztown University alum, he grew up watching his own parents navigate the challenges of running a local business.

Before starting HogTron Solutions, Sean worked at Air Products and Lutron as a software developer, picking up enterprise-grade technical and project management experience. Now he brings that same caliber of work to local business owners.

My mission isn't to sell generic marketing packages. I build custom automation and search strategies specifically for businesses in the Lehigh Valley. When you work with me, you get a local partner who is dedicated to keeping your operations efficient, your revenue growing, and our local economy thriving.

The Analyst

Anthony Trongone

Co-Founder · Rockland County Native

I'm a proud Rockland County native, born and raised right here in Nanuet. This community shaped who I am, and now I'm raising my own family in the same towns and neighborhoods that mean so much to me.

I graduated from Clarkstown South High School and earned my degree from St. Thomas Aquinas College. My professional background is in data analytics and systems engineering. Today, through HogTron, I build the data and systems side of our work: the tracking, the automations, the reporting that tells a Rockland County business owner what's actually happening.

When I'm not working, you'll often find me on the baseball field coaching local kids. Watching young athletes develop skills, confidence, and a love for the game teaches me the same things I bring into business: teamwork, dedication, long-term growth.

I live here, I'm raising my kids here, and I want the businesses on these streets to win.

My goal is simple. Help small businesses in Rockland County thrive, so our local economy stays strong and our community keeps growing for generations to come.

Who runs HogTron Solutions?

HogTron is run by two co-founders: Sean Bilger, a software engineer from Bethlehem in the Lehigh Valley, and Anthony Trongone, a data analyst from Nanuet in Rockland County. We do the work ourselves. There is no offshore team, no junior account manager.

Where are you based?

We have two home bases: the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania (Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton) and Rockland County in New York (Nanuet, Nyack, New City). Most engagements are local. Some clients are fully remote.

What's your background?

Sean spent years building software at Air Products and Lutron, two large Pennsylvania employers. Anthony's background is in data analytics and systems engineering. Both of us watched local businesses pay enterprise prices for template-grade work and decided to do something about it.

Why pick HogTron over a marketing agency?

Most local-business marketing agencies are sales shops with a delivery team. HogTron is the inverse: we're builders who also handle sales. You talk to the person doing the work. Decisions get made in one email, not after three meetings.

Do you only work with businesses in the Lehigh Valley or Rockland County?

No, but those are our roots and where we know the market best. We take remote clients elsewhere in the Northeast and beyond. The work is the same; the local network is bigger in our home regions.
